Ability(if any): The ability to see and interact with the dead

Personality: Annabelle stays cold and quiet most of the time. She does have a bit of trust issues among those who are living, preferring ghosts to confide into instead when it comes to her true thoughts about things. She likes to keep established personal boundaries for those that she may not consider as a friend, crossing those personal boundaries without the okay to do so will end in her holding a grudge. Though should someone gain her trust, she opens up into a sweet and rather bashful young woman

Likes: Talking to Ghosts, Sweets, Cats, The moon, Food for thought conversations 

Dislikes: Intolerance, Her parents, Bitter foods, People touching her glasses, People invading personal boundaries 

Background: Ever since she was young, Annabelle was for the most part alone. She seemed disinterested about everything that came her way. Her parents had assumed that she was just the shy introvert type and that she would grow out of it eventually. After Annabelle's 7th birthday, her parents had begun to notice that the she had started to open up a lot more but had also taken in a habit of "talking to herself" often. When they had demanded an explanation from her as to why, she explained that she wasn't talking to herself but a boy around her age named Algernon, who she said had died from an illness in their home a few years before they moved in.

In the beginning, Annabelle's parents had just excused it as the boy being their daughter's imaginary friend, but as the years passed, not only did Algernon not 'disappear', but Annabelle was now a laughing stock among the children her age due to her proud claim that she could in fact see and talk to ghosts.
Annabelle's parents decided to intervene and tried to find Annabelle new hobbies to keep herself occupied and away from her fascination with the dead. Though, Annabelle had seen their attempts to separate her from her ghost friends and change her, and because of that she quickly found herself beginning to hate her parents along with the others that had teased her for her gift.

About a week after her 19th birthday, Annabelle ran away from home, accompanied by Algernon and a couple of more ghosts that she had met throughout the years named Elise and Campbell, hoping that she would find a home that would welcome her with open arms and love her unconditionally along with her gift.

Fun Facts

Parlez-vous Français?</b>-- Annabelle is quite fluent in French, mainly because her mother's side of the family predominantly speaks French amongst themselves.

Possession-- The ghosts can in fact possess objects around them and make them fly around on their own. Annabelle has in fact experimented with being possessed by ghosts herself. Even currently they(Mainly Elise and Campbell) possess her from time to get their two cents in or to make Annabelle do something that she is hesitant to do for whatever reason.

William--The only thing that Annabelle regrets about leaving home is that she had forgotten her stuffed rabbit, William. Annabelle had kept William for as long as she could remember and the stuffed animal had given her great comfort during the hard times. She often wishes that she could go back home long enough to get her rabbit back.....though she refrains from saying anything about it out loud.

Eyes--Annabelle's eyes are clearly unnatural. A clear sign of her gift. When they were first seen by her family, it caused a bit of an uproar because no one knew why where eyes were the colors they were. Eventually everyone had decided that it was just some kind of birth defect, and apparently the fact that Annabelle had to eventually get glasses solidified that for everyone.

Nicknames--Annabelle responds to the following: Ann, Anna, Annie, Belle, and Rosie. Most of these names were given to her by Campbell. Annie seems to be the most preferred out of them all.
